Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

Payment can be made with a PayPal account. You can sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

For bulk orders email me for more information.

Processing & Shipping times

Eckler Software is a small company, I will not necessarily get to ship your order the same day it is ordered. I will process your order as soon I can. If I have ready made product in stock I will ship your product within 2-3 business days, in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive email conformation with any tracking information.

If your product is not currently available you will receive a email with estimated shipping. All accounts will be billed at shipping time.

Shipping Carrier

All shipments are made with USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail service. USPS is traditionally cheaper.

Insurance & Claims

Packages are NOT normally sent with shipping insurance.

Returns

I only accept returns of products, within 14 days of receipt. Product must be undamaged and functional. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Valid returns will be refunded to your Paypal account. Shipping charges are not refundable. RMAs are required for returns, contact us before returning any package!
